NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The U.K. is launching a new initiative, called HQ-U.K., to attract U.S. technology companies to build their international headquarters in the U.K. According to Baroness Joanna Shields, the digital economy advisor to U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron, the digital and technology sector have become an important focus for the government.
